Welcome to Skyhome Savinja Hills

Perched high on the ridges of the Savinja Hills, above the town of Petrovce and the Savinja River, Skyhome Sava Hills is a sanctuary of tranquility and privacy. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the property offers complete seclusion and absolute calm.

The distinctive architectural design of Skyhome is the result of a close and intensive collaboration between the former owner and developer Enes Draganović and designer Črtomir Reberšak, founder and owner of Logični projekti.
Logični projekti d.o.o. is a Slovenian architecture and design studio specializing in sustainable, energy-efficient construction and development projects since 2006. Their portfolio includes private residences, commercial and cultural buildings, educational facilities, roof structures, and building extensions. Early images of the house shortly after construction can be found on Pinterest.

Situated at approximately 430 meters above sea level, Skyhome was designed to offer its owners maximum comfort, peace, and relaxation.

The entire property covers approximately 19,000 m², consisting of the house plot, natural farmland, and around 14,000 m² of forest. The immediate area surrounding the house is fully fenced and screened by a high wooden privacy fence inspired by the silhouette of the surrounding mountains. Access is secured by an electric gate leading to a parking area with carport and space for up to eight vehicles.

Skyhome is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a Mitsubishi Ecodan air-to-water heat pump supplying underfloor heating across all three levels and a 200-liter hot water storage tank. A 15.795 kWp photovoltaic system ensures near energy self-sufficiency, with surplus electricity fed into the grid for later use. Since 2025, the house has also been connected to high-speed fiber-optic internet with up to 2 Gbit/s.
